Serving Clarksville, Fort Campbell, and Surrounding AreasLydia Dailey lives in Clarksville, TN and has full access to Fort Campbell, KY. She can also travel as far as Nashville, TN and Madisonville, KY. This includes Hopkinsville, KY and Pleasant View, TN, for example. Just ask! Lactation visits usually take place in the family's home, but of there's a need, she can also go to the hospital after delivery. She has been warmly greeted by local hospital staff. If you are not local to this area, Lydia is also available by Zoom, Facebook Messenger video, FaceTime, etc.
About Expressions! Lactation ServicesVision: We see breastfeeding as the normal way to feed a baby and young child. Breastfeeding will be free of judgement in any situation. Every family will have the utmost knowledge and support from medical staff, family, and friends when it comes to her feeding decisions. For some families this may mean exclusive breastfeeding, breastfeeding with some supplementation, or even breastfeeding on a very part time basis.
Mission: It is our mission to provide breastfeeding/nutrition education and support to mothers and families. We have a variety of services to meet the needs of each individual family and circumstance. Our goal is to help every family breastfeed as long as they desire, as well as to provide mother and family optimal nutrition and health throughout their lives. About LydiaLydia is originally from Wisconsin and has been in the Clarksville, TN area for about 15 years. Having enlisted in the US Army Reserves at the age of 17, Lydia is now a Medical Service Corps Officer with over 21 years of service. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from University of Wisconsin- Madison in 2006 and has been working in the health and nutrition field ever since. In fact, the past decade and a half has been focused on family nutrition, with an emphasis in infant feeding. In 2013 she completed her Lactation Consultant course from University of California- San Diego. She also took the International Certification for Lactation Consultants Exam July 2013 and became an official International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Austin Peay State University in 2018 and Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2020. She is a mother of young teen boys, Maximus and Jonah David; elementary school daughter, Lyric; stepmother of adult daughter Sydney; spouse of Eric.
